Chicago’s Finest Worldwide Car Service was founded in 2006 by David DePluzer, a native of Jamaica and son of the President of the Jamaican taxicab association. While working for other Chicago limo companies, DePluzer soon tired of the lackluster level of customer service provided.  His passion was making his customers extremely happy, so he decided to break out and form his own Chicago limousine company – Chicago’s Finest Worldwide Car Service
